Erstverordnung durch FachärztInnen für klinische Immunologie und Rheumatologie. Zur Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit aktivem, Autoantikörper-positivem systemischem Lupus erythematodes SLE, die trotz Basistherapie eine hohe Krankheitsaktivität aufweisen (z.B. positiver Test auf anti-dsDNA-Antikörper und niedriges Komplement (C3 und C4)).
Erstverordnung durch FachärztInnen für klinische Immunologie, Nephrologie und Rheumatologie, welche Erfahrung in der Behandlung einer Lupusnephritis haben. Zur Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit nachgewiesener, aktiver Lupusnephritis (LN) der Klasse III oder IV +/- V, die eine Standardtherapie (entsprechend der Zulassungsstudie) erhalten.
