Die empfohlene Dosierung beträgt 10 mg/kg Körpergewicht alle zwei Wochen.
Die Behandlung wird maximal bis zur Progression der Erkrankung oder bis zum Auftreten unzumutbarer Toxizitätserscheinungen vergütet. Die Behandlung von klinisch stabilen Patienten mit initialem Befund einer Progression wird bis zur Bestätigung der Progression der Erkrankung vergütet.
Metastasiertes Merkelzellkarzinom
Zur Behandlung von Patienten mit metastasiertem Merkelzellkarzinom (MCC). Patienten mit vorgängiger anti-PD-1 oder anti-PD-L1-Therapie sind von der Vergütung ausgeschlossen.
Lokal fortgeschrittenes oder metastasiertes Urothelkarzinom
Als Monotherapie zur Erstlinien-Erhaltungstherapie bei Patienten mit lokal fortgeschrittenem oder metastasiertem Urothelkarzinom (UC), deren Erkrankung unter einer platinbasierten Erstlinien-Induktionschemotherapie nicht fortgeschritten ist.
