ANZUPGO ist indiziert bei Erwachsenen mit schwerem, chronischem Handekzem, welches seit mehr als 3 Monaten besteht und auf eine (mindestens 4 Wochen dauernde) Therapie mit potenten bis hochpotenten topischen Kortikosteroiden nur unzureichend angesprochen hat oder bei denen diese nicht empfohlen wird. Die Vorbehandlung/Therapie schliesst die Vermeidung von Kontakten mit der auslösenden Noxe, Hautschutz und Basispflege mit ein.
Die Behandlung sollte abgebrochen werden
a) wenn sich das Ekzem zufriedenstellend gebessert hat und die Haut frei bzw. fast frei von Symptomen ist.
b) wenn nach den ersten 16 Wochen der Patient / die Patientin immer noch schwere Symptome hat (IGA-CHE-Score > 3).
c) wenn nach 12 Wochen kontinuierlicher Behandlung keine (wesentliche) Besserung erkennbar ist.
Die Anzahl der erstattungsfähigen Packungen beträgt 1 Tube (60 g) pro Monat unter Berücksichtigung der empfohlenen 2x täglichen Behandlung.
