Zur Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit lokal fortgeschrittenem oder metastasiertem ALK (Anaplastic-lymphoma-kinase)-positivem nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkarzinom (NSCLC), die nicht mit einem ALK-Inhibitor vorbehandelt sind, als Monotherapie. Im Falle einer Progression ist die Behandlung abzubrechen.
Folgender Code ist an den Krankenversicherer zu übermitteln: 21205.01
Nach Kostengutsprache durch den Krankenversicherer nach vorgängiger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes. Zur Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit metastasiertem ALK (Anaplastic-lymphoma-kinase)-positivem nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkarzinom (NSCLC) als Monotherapie nach Progression unter vorangegangener Behandlung mit Crizotinib. Im Falle einer Progression ist die Behandlung abzubrechen.
Die Takeda Pharma AG vergütet im Rahmen des post-Crizotinib Einsatzes von ALUNBRIG dem Krankenversicherer, bei dem die versicherte Person zum Zeitpunkt des Bezugs versichert war, auf dessen Aufforderung hin für jede bezogene Packung ALUNBRIG 3.70 % des Fabrikabgabepreises zurück.
Die Mehrwertsteuer kann nicht zusätzlich zu den Rückvergütungsbeträgen zurückgefordert werden. Die Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung soll ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verabreichung erfolgen.
