Für die Behandlung mit ABIRATERON VIATRIS ist keine neue Kostengutsprache nötig, wenn in derselben Indikation bereits eine Kostengutsprache für das Originalpräparat oder ein anderes Generikum besteht.
Zur Behandlung in Kombination mit LHRH Agonisten und Prednison oder Prednisolon bei asymptomatischen oder leicht symptomatischen Patienten mit metastasierendem, kastrationsresistentem Prostatakarzinom (mCRPC) ohne viszerale Metastasen und ohne Lebermetastasen, nach Versagen der Androgendeprivationstherapie, wenn eine Chemotherapie klinisch nicht indiziert ist.
Zur Behandlung in Kombination mit LHRH Agonisten und Prednison oder Prednisolon bei Patienten mit fortgeschrittenem metastasierendem Prostatakarzinom bei Progredienz nach Behandlung mit Docetaxel nach Kostengutsprache des Krankenversicherers und vorheriger Konsultation des Vertrauensarztes.
Zur Behandlung in Kombination mit Prednison oder Prednisolon (5mg/Tag) und Androgendeprivationstherapie (ADT) bei Patienten die innerhalb der letzten 3 Monate mit einem Hochrisiko metastasiertem hormonsensitivem Prostatakarzinom (mHSPC) neu diagnostiziert wurden. Die Abiraterongabe soll - bei nicht orchiektomierten Patienten- innerhalb von 3 Monaten nach Beginn der Androgendeprivation beginnen.
Als Hochrisiko wird das Vorliegen von mindestens 2 der 3 folgenden Risikofaktoren definiert: (1) Gleason-Score von ≥8; (2) Vorhandensein von mindestens 3 Läsionen im Knochenscan; (3) Vorhandensein messbarer viszeraler Metastasen (ohne Berücksichtigung des Lymphknotenbefalls).
Im Falle eines wegen Nebenwirkungen erforderlichen Therapieabbruchs innert 10 Tagen nach Behandlungsbeginn werden dem Krankenversicherer von der Viatris Pharma GmbH die Kosten der gesamten Packung zurückerstattet. Die Therapieabbrüche sind dem Krankenversicherer unverzüglich vom behandelnden Arzt zu melden.
